Eliot
Management Group Launches Eliot 4000 Series
Salt Lake
City,
Utah,
May 29 –The next generation of Eliot terminals has arrived! EMG is
excited to announce the launch of the next terminals in their
private-branded equipment line: the Eliot 4000 and 4500X. The new
equipment line uses the same leading edge software as the first two
Eliot terminals, but the body has been significantly redesigned to be
more compact and user-friendly. With a smaller footprint, brighter
display, and improved security, the updated line of Eliot terminals
offers the best speed and greatest protection for our merchants. In
addition, the 4500X offers a network port for high speed communication,
making it the most reliable and secure IP-processing terminals available
in the market today.
Eliot Management Group CEO
Ron Dichter states, “The Eliot 4000 and 4500X represent
the next generation of exclusive payment terminals designed specifically
for EMG. We’re extremely excited to release the 4000 Series
terminal line, with great features unique to EMG as well as security
enhancements (PCI-PED) to ensure that our customers are protected by the
industry’s most stringent guidelines.”
The Eliot 4000 Series follows the Eliot 1000 and
Eliot 2000, launched in 2006.The proprietary credit card processing
terminals in the Eliot line contain numerous software features and
capabilities exclusively developed for Eliot Management Group by
Hypercom, Inc. including enhanced security functions, automated
self-diagnostics and service ‘call-home’ capabilities, and multi-product
processing load ability.
