Eliot Management Group Collects Over One Ton of Food in Holiday Food Drive
Salt Lake City, Utah, December 28, 2005 -

Eliot Management Group is pleased to announce that they met and exceeded their food collection goal in supporting community food banks nationwide during the holiday season. Through December 22nd, each of EMG’s 19 offices collected non-perishable food items from employees and companies in their area for donation at their local food collection centers. As a company, EMG’s collection goal was 1,000 pounds of food for the needy; the actual collection total was close to 2,900 lbs – over one TON- of food.

EMG CEO Ron Dichter says, “We are very pleased with the outpouring of generosity exhibited by our employees and customers during this holiday season.  From initiating massive contributions from local grocers to involving local military institutions to raiding their own personal pantries, our employees followed through in an unprecedented manner to support the success of this food drive.  EMG has always worked hard to be a responsible corporate citizen in the numerous communities in which we market and this is but another effort to bolster that commitment.  I'm proud of this achievement by our staff because it represents another notch on the post of social charitable contribution that is the foundation of our local community involvement.  Thank you to the men of women of EMG who've made this effort a success.”
