EMG has been a trailblazer for the payment card industry in the development of this website as it contains unique processing information found nowhere else on the internet. Like most companies, EMG has relied on a 24-hour Customer Service Hotline to handle a majority of their customer's support needs over the past ten years. By providing an alternate source of information and support for their customers, EMG is being more proactive about problems that a customer might encounter when first enrolling in their services. The site includes contact information for multiple departments and services, in-depth equipment support and documentation, fraud prevention tips, an index of EMG's popular cost-saving newsletters, supply ordering details, and much more. A "live chat" feature is under review and should be released at some point this year to provide yet another level of support.
