Business name, tax identification numbers, and general business information. 3. Processing volume totals and past processing statements. 4. Copy of business licenses, articles of incorporation, and bank statements. 5. Voided business check for ACH depositing of funds, pictures of your place of business, and samples, if applicable. 6. Contact information for location/s, programmers, managers, and other administrators of your business. 7. Current equipment type, software, and processing needs. All information obtained for the purpose of creating an account is only used toward developing a relationship and building the appropriate account specification as required by your business for the purpose of processing credit cards, checks, gift cards, and other auxiliary services and will be used only for this purpose. When you fill out forms and applications for EMG products and services, we may collect additional information required by our underwriting, deployment, and service departments to complete the enrollment of your account.
