  3. Highly-Structured Management System: Unlike ISOs and competitors, our system of management is structured, managed, and trained. Team-building and workshop events, like the annual Holiday Party or the Manager Retreat, are critical in making sure we know who works for us.
     
  4. Highly-Structured and Trained Support Staff: Our offices are manned by skilled professionals who make protecting client information a priority. Only official EMG personnel have access to our office locations, critical customer information, and data.
     
  5. Proper Disposal of Critical Information: We take PCI compliance seriously and work hard to dispose of customer data properly and securely.
     
  6. Multiple Layers of Computing Security: EMG has top-notch network administration and management, both at the local office level and the processing level.
     
  7. Policy Enforcement: We follow and enforce company policies and procedures, and don’t bend rules to allow unethical business practices that pose a security threat to our customers. We terminate offending employees, regardless of tenure or productivity, and will pursue legal action when needed.
